ولدت وترعرعت في قبيلة الماء الجنوبية وهناك تمكنت من اتقان تسخير الماء وتسخير الارض وتسخير النار بجدارة وتم نقلها لاحقا الي مدينة الجمهورية لتحقيق جدارة مماثلة في عنصر الهواء ايضا تحت ارشاد وتوجيه تنزن ابن انج وايضا لتتمكن من التغلب علي كرهها للجوانب الروحية
.في فن التسخير
وبمساعدة روح انج اكتسبت مهارة تسخير الطاقة التي امتلكها انج من قبلها وبعد ان تواصلت مع ارواحها السابقة
اكتسبت القدرة علي الدخول في حالة لافاتار متي ارادت,وهذا كان خير دليل علي انها اصبحت افاتاراً كاملا
وبعد احداث التقارب التوافقي الروحي,فقدت كورا قدرتها علي الاتصال بأرواحها السابقة
